| The facts Creativity has always been central to what I do. My own creative process strikes a balance between visual intuition and analytical thinking. An artist my whole life, I view my design abilities as a natural extension of that talent. I hold two BFAs, one in Fine Art and one in Graphic Design, as well as a Certificate in Web Design. I've worked in corporate art curating, prepress production, data quality management, and now graphic and web design. It's been a fascinating journey so far. The philosophy Building on my fine art background, I became a designer because I discovered purpose in designing things, in making order out of chaos and extracting meaning from disparity. This creative reasoning is what makes me excited to get up each morning and get busy solving visual problems. Personal and professional growth are important to me, and these translate into a strong work ethic and a sense of pride in doing well. I thrive on challenge. The journey I'm designing my own creative journey. I love to travel, and have always been fascinated by maps, postcards, subways and bicycles, trains and tickets, and road trips. Sometimes the journey is more interesting than the destination. |
